Problem
After many years, Quaker considered launching an overnight oats product in Mexico.
In the initial R&D phase, Quaker was interested in learning the role of fermentation across markets, now and in the future.
Solution
I contributed to initial research, social listening, historical analysis, and an examination of present and past behaviors related to fermentation in the Mexican market— including tracing its evolution from religious contexts to its role in the holistic health movement.
